About

Jelena Zivancevic is an architect and an illustrator living and working in Belgrade. She founded Jekin Ugao as a fun side-project to her full-time architecture practice. This off-time experiment slowly began to take over, so now, alongside illustration, surface patterns and furniture design for children, architecture is one of her many fun side-projects.

This collection came to life during the summer of 2019. The idea was that abstract art could be appreciated by anyone, both children and grown-ups and that fun, simple drawings and bold, vibrant colours could help them create happy, nurturing nooks in their homes.

All prints are made to order by our local printer in Belgrade, signed by Jelena, carefully packaged and sent around the world.

Feel free to look around and do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions!

We are available for licensing, custom orders and wholesale.

In case you were wondering, Jekin Ugao means Jeka's Angle in Serbian. Jeka is Jelena's cartoon counterpart. Our cartoon counterparts tend to have peculiar views of the world. Just because.
